What you’ll do:

Drive full-cycle B2B sales in the EU/US markets - from first intro call to repeat deals

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients

Identify new opportunities and upsell services based on client needs

Lead and mentor a team of lead generators

Collaborate closely with presales, delivery, and marketing teams
What we’re looking for:

2+ years of experience in IT sales (preferably outsourcing or custom development)

Proven success in cold outreach and lead generation (especially via LinkedIn)

Fluent English and/or German
-
Strong understanding of the IT services sales cycle

Experience working with EU/US clients
-
Valid Schengen visa (for occasional business travel)
