Responsibilities:
- Support development and configuration of business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Assist with integration and data management using Azure SQL, SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Fabric, and other Microsoft cloud services
- Participate in preparing dashboards and analytics for business stakeholders
- Collect and document business and technical requirements
- Support testing, troubleshooting, user onboarding, and solution stabilization before production release
- Work alongside senior consultants, developers, and architects across several parallel projects
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience with Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint Online, or similar)
- Understanding of databases, data models, and system integration basics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business users
- Fluent Russian and strong English (written and spoken)
- Experience working in industrial or mining companies is an advantage
- Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, AZ-900, DP-900 or similar)
- Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization
- Basic knowledge of APIs and integrations
