The Role

  • Monitor pricing trends and develop competitive pricing strategies to optimize sales and profitability across different channels.
  • Analyze competitor activity, market dynamics, and target audience needs to identify business opportunities and refine product positioning.
  • Prepare sales performance reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to improve market share and revenue growth.
  • Plan and optimize product assortments based on consumer demand, sales data, and seasonal trends.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to boost sales efficiency, working closely with commercial teams to enhance distribution and product visibility.
  • Organize and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, and conduct post-campaign performance evaluations to assess impact and ROI.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor trade marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize brand presence and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, e-commerce) to ensure a seamless go-to-market strategy.
  • Support new product launches, defining key messaging, promotional tactics, and channel strategies to drive adoption and awareness.
  • Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to inform product development and innovation roadmaps.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and partners to enhance product visibility and brand positioning.
  • Create internal and external presentations for business reviews, stakeholder alignment, and strategic decision-making

The Candidate

  • Experience as a Product/Brand Manager or in a similar role in Consumer Good company
  • Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and manage cross-functional projects (balancing company goals and contractor expectations).
  • Hands-on experience with digital channels: social media, blogs, forums, online communities.
  • Proactive attitude, self-driven work ethic.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
