Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles of various seniority levels (junior to management).

Partner with Hiring Managers to define job profiles, develop sourcing strategies, and manage recruitment stages.

Create and publish engaging job descriptions.

Actively source candidates using multiple platforms and build a long-term talent pipeline.

Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to assess both soft and hard skills.

Analyze recruitment data, track performance metrics, and prepare reports.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment.

Coordinate interview stages, feedback, and offer processes.

Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM systems.

Participate in HR initiatives such as employer branding, analytics, or process optimization.

Optionally mentor or support junior members of the recruitment team.

Higher education in Human Resources, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

English — B2 level or higher (spoken and written).

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in an international or product-based environment.

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment: from job briefing with the Hiring Manager to closing and job offer preparation.

Strong knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques (STAR, PARLA, BEI).

Advanced sourcing skills and practical experience with modern search channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Facebook, referral programs, and professional communities.

Ability to conduct data-driven recruitment analysis (time-to-hire, source efficiency, conversion rates, etc.).

Solid experience in collaborating with Hiring Managers — defining candidate profiles, advising on search strategies, and managing expectations.

Strong focus on candidate experience and high-quality communication.

Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Zoho Recruit).

Structured, analytical mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Proactive, responsible, and willing to mentor junior recruiters or participate in process improvements.

- Working hours from 11:00 to 20:00 or 10:00 to 19:00.
