We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager who will attract leads and establish contact with potential clients in low-risk verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search and analyze relevant lead generation sources: forums, subreddits, chats.

  • Implement up-to-date lead generation automation tools: CRM systems, outreach platforms, email tools.

  • Systematize lead generation streams and channels, including funnel analysis from first touch to handover to Sales.

  • Lead the lead generation team: train specialists, develop guidelines, and manage overall performance.

  • Maintain reporting on the funnel and lead quality: task tracking, hypothesis testing, channel/lead reporting.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions on traffic and outreach communication formats.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a BD Manager, Crowd Marketing Manager, Linkbuilder, Outreach Manager, or Lead Generation Specialist in fintech sectors such as Payments, Exchange, PSP, etc.

  • Strong B2B communication skills and confidence working with LinkedIn, Telegram, email outreach, outbound sales, or partner research.

  • Ability to work with parsers and automation tools, integrate them into workflows, and explain processes to the team clearly and with well-structured instructions.

  • Knowledge of best practices for promotion in niche communities.

  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and platforms: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Reply.io, and others.

  • English level B2 or higher.

  • High proactivity, independence, and the ability to manually search for relevant information, analyze audiences, and identify effective channels.
