Responsibilities:
- Quality management (finished products, raw materials), quality KPI performance analysis, production quality monitoring
- Quality assurance activities, including risk assessments for new product quality assurance
- Customer complaint management (response to claims)
- Serving as a communication channel between KT&G's manufacturing headquarter and Russia plant.
- Performance analysis and report preparation consistent with the above requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in the field of product quality control in the tobacco industry for 5 years or more.
- Knowledge of the principles of quality control system management.
- Ability to analyze and optimize processes.
- Ability to achieve the company's goals by managing and controlling the workflow process in accordance with legal regulations.
- Intermediate High level of English proficiency.
- Full-time employment.
