Technical Delivery manager / Pre-sales manager

We are looking for a proactive Technical Delivery Manager/Pre-sales Manager with a solid technical background to join our team. This role focuses on managing development resources across projects, supporting pre-sales activities, and ensuring smooth collaboration between clients, engineers, recruiters, and the internal team. Unlike a traditional PM role, this position is not about managing timelines - it’s about staffing decisions, technical clarity, and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participation in technical pre-sales activities together with the Sales team;

• Support project estimation and help define technical approaches;

• Analysis of client business requirements and identification of the best possible solution;

• Presentation of solutions to clients at the technical leadership level;

• Escalation and resolution of complex technical incidents;

• Risk assessment, resource planning, and task prioritization;

• Support of mentoring and professional development of engineers;

• Provide regular internal reports on staffing, workload, and resource usage.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in pre-sales manager, resource manager, delivery support or technical leadership in IT;
• Strong technical background (developer, team/tech lead) in IT company;
• Strong communication skills to interact with both developers and clients;
• Ability to work cross-functionally with recruiters, sales, and technical team;
• Proactive and people-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills;
• Good English level (B2 or higher) for client communication.
