Senior Procurement Manager – US Trucking Company
Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Department: Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Transport & Logistics)
Employment Type: Full Time, US Central time (8 am – 5 pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for trucking equipment, parts, fuel, and services.
• Source and onboard domestic and international suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs, including managing international agreements and trade compliance.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and risk assessments to ensure compliance and performance.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and logistics teams to align procurement with business goals.
• Optimize costs and improve processes through data analytics and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in transportation or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of supplier management, contract negotiation, and international trade agreements.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; Chinese language proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
