We are looking for a warm, energetic, and responsible Preschool English Teacher to join our growing team. IBS Preschool Almaty is an English-language preschool focused on creating a safe, developmentally appropriate, inspiring, and child-centered environment for children aged 2–6.

Responsibilities:

• Teach children (2–6 years old) fully in English using play-based, engaging methods.

• Ready-made curriculum. All lesson materials provided.

• Conduct daily lessons, activities, circle time, story time, and developmental games.

• Create a warm, positive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe and confident.

• Prepare weekly educational plans and follow IBS curriculum guidelines.

• Support children’s language development, cognitive skills, emotional well-being, and independence.

• Communicate with parents professionally regarding the child's progress and daily updates.

• Ensure safety, hygiene, and supervision during all activities (indoor and outdoor).

• Collaborate with assistants, administrators, and the school manager.

• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development

• Fluent English. Native speakers preferred.

• Love for children and patience, kindness, and strong communication skills.

• Experience working with preschool / kindergarten-age children (preferred).

• Degree or courses in education, early childhood, pedagogy, psychology, or related field (advantage but not mandatory).

• Ability to manage a group of 10–13 children.

• Creativity and ability to prepare activities, crafts, games, and lessons.

• Responsible, punctual, reliable, and able to work long-term.

• Ability to follow safety rules and maintain a clean learning environment.

• Willingness to learn and follow IBS teaching philosophy.

• Full-time schedule: 08:00 – 18:00. Part time applicants are also welcome.

• For Full-Time employment, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea/coffee breaks are provided. For Part-Time employment, breakfast+lunch or lunch+dinner, and tea/coffee breaks are provided.
