HR Manager / Recruiter (YouTube Production)

We are an international hiring agency helping YouTube projects scale worldwide. We recruit creative teams for fast-growing channels in history, sports, warfare, lifehacks and more. We’re expanding and looking for an HR Manager / Recruiter to strengthen hiring for 3D animators and other creators for clients in the US and Europe.

Responsibilities
• Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, portfolio evaluation
• Hiring for creative roles: 3D animators, motion designers, scriptwriters
• Writing and publishing job posts, finding new sourcing channels
• Managing communication with candidates and producers, guiding them through onboarding
• Maintaining and improving our talent pipeline and hiring processes

Requirements
• Experience in recruiting (preferably in creative/digital/production fields)
• Ability to assess creative portfolios and understand production needs
• Fast global sourcing skills
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Independence, structured approach, and comfort working in a dynamic environment
