The Off-Plan Real Estate Specialistwill act as a trusted advisor — educating buyers, sellers, investors and landlords — matching them with suitable opportunities, negotiating terms, managing documentation and ensuring a seamless transaction experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new business: generate leads through cold-calling, networking, referrals, marketing campaigns and events.
  • Promote and sell off-plan units/projects: stay up to date with developers, payment plans, launch details and investment potential; present these to clients.
  • Conduct viewings (for resale) or project briefings (for off-plan), explain features, benefits, community information, investment metrics or rental yield as relevant.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers & sellers (secondary), or buyers & developers (off-plan); ensure fair outcomes and follow-through.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (buyers, investors, sellers, landlords) to facilitate repeat business and referrals.
  • Participate in developer launches, client meetings, marketing activities and open houses.

Note: This is fully commissions based! We don't provide basic salary
