Responsibilities:

  • Active work with inbound leads from advertising channels (such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

  • Outbound calls and communication via messengers/SMS with potential clients for initial qualification.

  • Identifying “live” and interested leads ready for a conversation with a broker.

  • Determining the client’s needs and readiness to proceed with a transaction.

  • Transferring qualified leads to brokers for further processing.

  • Maintaining and updating client information in the CRM system.

  • Handling incoming calls and routing them when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a call center, phone sales, or as an operator is desirable.

  • Fluent in Russian and English (both verbal and written — mandatory).

  • Clear, articulate speech and the ability to present information convincingly.

  • Experience communicating with clients via phone and messengers.

  • Confident PC skills, including CRM systems and Excel.

  • Responsibility, communication skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
