We are looking for a Sales Manager to join us. Let’s see if we are a good fit for each other!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build and manage outbound prospecting across target accounts (Enterprise / Upper-Mid). Use LinkedIn, e-mail sequences, cold calling, and messengers (with consent) with a focus on Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia.
  • Run discovery and qualification, coordinate presales and solution architects, and prepare commercial proposals.
  • Work through tenders and procurement: manage pre-bid questions, deadlines, and coordinate Legal/InfoSec reviews.
  • Develop account plans, stakeholder maps, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Co-sell with SAP AEs / CSAs and hyperscale partner managers (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Maintain CRM discipline and provide accurate forecasts and activity reports.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • 5+ years of B2B IT services/solutions sales experience.
  • Proven success in enterprise or mid-market IT sales in Georgia or the Caucasus.
  • Experience selling SAP/Oracle/MS based solutions, custom software development.
  • Track record of closing deals from 100k USD with complex decision cycles.
  • Understanding of local business culture: in-person meetings, approvals hierarchy, and relationship-driven approach.
  • Ability to develop relationships with CIO / CTO / Heads of SAP, Procurement, and partner ecosystem (SAP / cloud vendors).
  • English B2+.
