Product Owner

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and driven Product Owner to support our product team in managing the development and improvement of our SaaS and AI products. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their product career who wants to gain hands-on experience with real users, real features, and real impact in a fast-moving tech company.

• Own product vision, roadmap, and full lifecycle.

• Manage Google Workspace Marketplace listings and support expansion to Microsoft AppSource.

• Collect customer feedback, create requirements, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain a clear, prioritized product backlog.

• Work daily with developers, clarify requirements, and unblock issues.

• Validate product increments, oversee QA, and manage release notes and change logs.

• Communicate roadmap and updates to stakeholders and customers.

• Create product education content (guides, videos, onboarding materials).

• Support product marketing to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Use AI tools to speed up research, analysis, and workflow automation.

• 1+ years as a Product Owner / Product Manager.

• Experience with SaaS or AI-driven products.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and experience leading ceremonies.

• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Experience working directly with engineering teams.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace Marketplace or Microsoft AppSource (or willingness to learn).

• Strong communication and prioritization skills.

• Ability to work independently and own outcomes.

• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work.

• Experience launching or managing marketplace apps.

• Knowledge of analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA).

• Basic UX/UI understanding.

• Start-up experience or product certifications (PSPO, CSPO).
