Associate Lawyer

REVERA - international law group with offices in Cyprus, Poland, Georgia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan as well as legal panels in the UAE, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Serbia and Uzbekistan.

REVERA Kazakhstan is a consultancy company, part of the international REVERA legal group. We will support projects both under Kazakhstan law and under international, English law and their institutions.

Position: Junior Lawyer

Location: Kazakhstan Almaty, Tole Bi 12 street

What will be your responsibilities in our team:

• Legal research;
• Drafting contracts (licenses, assignments, services agreements, etc.);
• Drafting letters and legal opinions;
• Communicating with our partners and contractors;
• Assisting senior lawyers in their day-to-day tasks.

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s Law Degree
• English B2;
• Great communication skills;
• You definitely should be a "team player";
• Good skills in searching for information.
• at least 4-6 years of legal experience, at least 1 year in legal consulting
