Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to strengthen brand awareness and attract new clients.

Lead the marketing team, ensuring productivity and achievement of key performance indicators.

Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to optimize ROI.

Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and campaign performance using advanced analytics.

Collaborate with the PR team to enhance the company’s image and brand reputation.

Oversee the company’s social media presence and engagement strategies.

Work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and leadership teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
Our Expectations:

Relevant experience as a Marketing Director/Head of Marketing or in a similar B2B leadership role for at least 5 years.

Strong expertise in digital marketing, online advertising, PR, and analytics.

Leadership skills and experience managing a team.

Data-driven mindset and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.

Proven experience in executing growth and customer acquisition strategies.

Excellent communication skills in Russian and English (B2+).
