Join a dynamic team focused on expanding affiliate networks in Asian markets with a strong emphasis on Bangladesh and India.
Main Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and develop affiliate partnerships in Asian GEO
- Build long-term relationships with affiliates
- Analyze traffic performance and optimize results
- Create promotional materials and collaborate with marketing team
- Negotiate payout deals and commission structures
- Monitor competitor strategies in the iGaming market
- Ensure all affiliates meet compliance & quality standards
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate management
- Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models
- Ability to bring new affiliates & grow partner networks
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting ability
- High responsibility, discipline, and KPI-focused approach
- Target GEO: Bangladesh, India
- Language Requirements: English mandatory; local languages (Bangla / Hindi) are a big advantage
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, GMT+3 time zone
- Salary Package: $800 – $1600 based on experience and performance, including KPI-based bonuses
