Purpose of the Role:
The primary goal of this role is the development, automation, and integration of the CRM ecosystem to ensure seamless operations, high scalability, and continuous improvement of business processes.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong commercial development expertise to take ownership of CRM system functionality and enhancements. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can design and implement high-quality technical solutions, integrate internal and external services, and ensure smooth collaboration across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain CRM modules and internal automation tools.

  • Design and implement system integrations via REST API and SOAP API.

  • Build intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces based on modern frameworks.

  • Enhance backend functionality with scalable and secure architecture.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure high-performing delivery.

  • Manage version control and CI/CD workflows using Git/GitHub.

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and smooth operation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of commercial experience in full stack development.

  • Strong proficiency in Frontend development, including modern UI/UX approaches.

  • Experience working with REST API and SOAP API integrations.

  • Confidence working with Git/GitHub in collaborative development environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience with Vue.js, Node.js / Express, and API-based integrations.

  • Experience in CRM system development or automation-driven product environments.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and scalable system architecture.
