We are currently expanding our team and inviting a Senior Data Analyst to join us and contribute to data-driven decision-making across the company.
Role Overview
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, structuring, & analyzing data, as well as preparing reporting & developing metrics that support the company’s strategic decisions. The specialist must work quickly, accurately, & carefully validate results, ensuring data precision & high-quality analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Preparation
- Collect data from CRM, internal systems, & external sources.
- Perform daily data updates & ensure accuracy.
- Clean, normalize, structure, & merge large data sets.
- Cross-check all data & calculations (strong attention to numerical accuracy is essential).
- Build reliable & stable data models.
Analytics & Insights
- Identify trends, anomalies, & key correlations.
- Generate analytical conclusions & business recommendations.
- Analyze process efficiency & provide improvement insights.
- Prepare ad‑hoc analysis based on departmental requests.
Reporting & Visualization
- Create interactive dashboards in Power BI, Excel, & Google Sheets.
- Optimize existing reporting, improving refresh speed & usability.
- Automate reporting & data preparation processes.
- Support KPI systems: update metrics, develop new indicators, & improve transparency.
Cross‑Department Collaboration
- Work with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Operations, & other teams.
- Deliver reporting aligned with real business needs.
- Ensure timely data delivery for decision-making.
Candidate Requirements
Professional Skills
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (data models, DAX, visualizations).
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, Power Query, pivot tables).
- Strong Google Sheets skills (automation, large data handling).
- Understanding of CRM logic & data structure.
- Ability to work with large data sets.
- High attention to detail, self-check, & cross-check habits.
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
