Key Responsibilities:

• Build the Network: Proactively identify, hunt, and onboard high-value affiliates and partners to expand our reach in key markets.
• Drive Commercial Success: Negotiate and structure win-win commercial deals (CPA, CPL, Hybrid, RevShare) that maximize ROI for both the agency and our partners.
• Cultivate Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to our partners, providing them with the support, promotional materials, and insights they need to succeed.
• Analyze & Optimize: Deep dive into performance metrics to spot trends, ensuring traffic quality meets our high standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Shape Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to refine our affiliate marketing roadmap and uncover new avenues for growth.

Requirements:

✅ Must-haves:

• Proven Experience: You have a track record in Sales, Affiliate Marketing, Business Development, or Influencer Outreach.

• Master Negotiator: You know how to close a deal and possess strong interpersonal skills to maintain long-term partnerships.

• Data-Driven: You are comfortable analyzing metrics to optimize sales performance and campaign results.

• Tech-Savvy: You are proficient with CRMs, task managers, and basic digital marketing tools
