About Us: Citifuel LLC (offices in Uzbekistan and the USA), a company providing discount fuel cards in the USA.

We are looking for a Strategic Social Media Manager who understands that social media is not just about posting content, but about driving real business results.

This is a performance-driven, fast-paced, and responsibility-heavy role for someone who takes ownership of growth, quality, and measurable outcomes across multiple brands in the logistics industry.

🚀 What You Will Do

1️⃣ Strategy & Direction

  • Build and execute social media strategies for several brands (official + HR accounts).

  • Align each platform with clear business goals: growth, lead generation, hiring, or brand trust.

  • Translate marketing initiatives into structured content calendars and action plans.

2️⃣ Content Quality & Execution

  • Fully own the quality of content—visuals, messaging, tone, and purpose.

  • Ensure that every post meets brand standards and delivers meaningful impact.

  • Review and approve final creatives before publishing.

  • Conduct weekly audits to ensure consistency and alignment across all accounts.

3️⃣ Trend Monitoring & Creative Innovation

  • Track social media and industry trends on a weekly basis.

  • Propose new content formats, storytelling approaches, and experimental ideas.

  • Research competitors and continuously elevate our creative direction.

4️⃣ Reporting & Optimization

  • Deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and next steps.

  • Analyze platform metrics: reach, engagement, CTR, conversions.

  • Recommend improvements to processes, strategy, and content based on data.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative SMM strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality visual and written content.

  • Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting.

  • Optimize content performance using analytics and data-driven insights.

✔️ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SMM or social media strategy (multi-brand experience preferred).

  • Proven case studies with measurable results (growth, engagement, conversions).

  • Strong understanding of analytics, content trends, and creative workflows.

  • Ability to manage several accounts simultaneously with high attention to detail.

  • Confident in tools: Asana, Trello, Notion, ClickUp.

  • Experience working with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram.

  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Brand Analytics.

  • Russian/Uzbek — fluent; English — intermediate.
