Support Specialist
We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our IT team in Gomel. This is an office-based position with a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts, to support our global users.
Main duties:
- Review submitted issues and enhancement requests.
- Respond to user inquiries in super user chats in English.
- Update tickets, communicate fixes, and coordinate retesting with users.
- Collaborate internally with the development team on ticket resolution.
- Ensure timely and accurate support for global users.
Requirements:
- English proficiency — B2 or higher (spoken and written).
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in IT support or customer service.
- Experience with ticketing systems (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar).
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and issue tracking.
