This is a full time 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Boston time (5 p.m. to 2 a.m. Tashkent time)
We need someone who can test our AI products with care and accuracy. You will work on voice agents, knowledge base agents, and dashboards. You will test how they sound, how they respond, how they read data, and how they guide the user. You will also check the back end to make sure the logic matches the business use case. Strong English is required. You will be reading, listening, writing, and giving clear feedback every day.

What you will do

  • Test user experience from start to finish.
  • Check accuracy of answers, data pulls, workflows, and actions.
  • Run QC on voice calls, tone, timing, call flow, and edge cases.
  • Test knowledge base agents by asking questions in different ways and checking how they find information.
  • Test dashboards to make sure numbers match the source systems, and nothing looks off.
  • Report bugs with clear steps and examples. Work with developers to get fixes done fast.
  • Create and update QA templates and checklists.
  • Track what is working and what is not working.
  • Stay on top of product behavior and know each feature inside out.
  • Communicate with the team and respond fast during working hours.

What you need

  • Strong English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good judgment in spotting issues.
  • Basic understanding of data, dashboards, and business use cases.
  • Comfort testing voice agents and reading call transcripts.
  • Comfort asking questions until you understand how something is supposed to work.
  • Ability to write clean and simple notes for developers.
  • Ability to follow templates and also create new ones when needed.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Reliable internet and a quiet place to work.
  • Nice to have Experience with AI products.
  • Experience with QA in software.
  • Experience with customer support.
  • Experience testing UX.

About the role

This is a hands-on testing role. You will look for issues, record them, retest fixes, and help us keep a high standard. The testing period is one to three months. If you do well, this becomes a long-term position.
