We are actively growing and invite Legal Counsel to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation legal documents;

• Legal documents review;

• Contract analysis;

• Construction Contracts;

• Legal advice and help in employment matters;

• Development and implementation of internal company policies;

• Monitoring changes in legislation related to the IT industry and informing management about potential risks.

Must-haves:

• Bachelor of Laws;

• Knowledge of civil, labor, and corporate law. Understanding of basic legislation in the fields of IT and data protection (GDPR, Personal Data Protection Law of Belarus);

• At least 5 years of experience working with legal document;

• English language proficiency at B2 level;

• Teamwork skills, attention to details, responsibility, and a commitment to professional growth.
