Hi! We are Aspirity Solution, a development studio that has been building web and mobile applications, no-code solutions, and AI agents for over 10 years.
We are now looking for a Partner Success Specialist — a role at the intersection of development, implementation, and partner support. You will work with teams that create and operate e-agents built on our proprietary platform.

Create and configure behavior scenarios for e-agents used by partners

Describe logic and workflows using a custom Jinja-like templating language

Work with an event-driven execution model (events → reactions → states)

Design prompt chains and structured answer generation

Investigate technical questions, edge cases, and unexpected agent behavior

Analyze logs and diagnose issues with e-agent execution

Help partners refine scenarios and improve e-agent architecture

Train partner teams on how to use the platform

Escalate complex bugs and feature requests to the engineering team

Contribute to documentation, guides, and internal best practices

Participate in releases of new platform features

1+ year of hands-on Python experience (scripts, backend, automation — any relevant direction)

Experience in prompt engineering: complex prompts, structured data, answer templates

Experience with AI agents, LLM integrations, or building multi-step chains
(classification, structured responses, conditional prompting, etc.) -
Proficiency with Git and branching workflows

English level B2 or above (documentation + partner communication)

Strong independence, attention to logic, and ability to deliver tasks end-to-end

Experience creating agents in VAPI, Synthflow, Dify, LangChain Agents, or similar frameworks

Troubleshooting LLM models and diagnosing incorrect agent behavior

Knowledge of Jinja, Markdown, YAML

Experience with event-driven architecture

Participation in real AI/ML solution deployments for businesses

Work with a proprietary e-agent architecture (not open-source, not a standard LLM framework)

Close collaboration with product and engineering teams
