Junior Communications Specialist

We are currently searching for a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Junior Communications Specialist.

If you join us, you will help support and execute a variety of digital marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility, attract audiences, and enhance engagement across platforms. We are seeking someone eager to learn, with a proactive mindset and a passion for creativity, analytics, and problem-solving in the digital marketing landscape.

This role will involve performing some tasks from our Bishkek office, but most of the time, you can work from anywhere within Kyrgyzstan.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Create and schedule engaging digital content, such as social media posts, blog articles, and visual materials
• Support social media growth by monitoring accounts, responding to messages and comments, and maintaining a consistent brand voice
• Analyze campaign performance and digital metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure alignment of objectives and messaging
• Provide content creation and copywriting support for the regional communications team, ensuring consistent and localized messaging

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or relevant internship experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills for content creation
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, and digital advertising
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong oral and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in English at C1 level
• Positive, problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn and grow professionally

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with ads best practices
• Basic design skills or experience using tools like Canva and Figma
• Understanding of the Meta Business Suite toolkit
• Kyrgyz language proficiency
