Key Responsibilities:

1. Local social media and digital forum operation
- Responsible for the daily operation of major Russian social media accounts such as VK and Telegram, planning digital product-related topics and content (such as new product highlights, usage tutorials) to increase the number of followers and interactions.
- Maintain brand-related discussions on local digital forums such as 4PDA, publish product content adapted to the forum ecosystem, actively respond to user questions, and build a positive user communication scenario.
- Formulate phased social media operation plans based on Russian users' social habits and digital consumption preferences to ensure that the content is consistent with brand marketing goals and new product promotion rhythms.

2. User Community Operation and Activity Enhancement
- Be responsible for planning and building vivo user communities (e.g., VK groups, Telegram groups, 4PDA forum), establishing user onboarding, management and interaction mechanisms, so as to enhance users' sense of brand loyalty.
- Plan and organize the online and offline user activities, such as new product trials, photography workshops, technical Q&A sessions, etc., to stimulate users' enthusiasm for participation and promote communication and content co-creation among users.
- Regularly analyze community user structure and interaction data, identify core users and establish a hierarchical operation system, and improve users' activity level and willingness of word-of-mouth dissemination through benefit incentives, identity labels and other means.

3. Public opinion monitoring and brand reputation maintenance
- Monitor brand and product-related discussions on social media platforms, digital forums and other channels, and capture user attitudes, evaluations and potential public opinion risks.
- Quickly respond to negative feedback, formulate compliance solutions that fit the local culture, promptly resolve user dissatisfaction, and control the spread of public opinion.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as an SMM manager.
- Impeccable literacy.
- Experience with mobile electronics, phones, and gadgets.
- Professional photography skills.
- A portfolio with examples of social media content (required).
- Understanding of the principles of targeted advertising and analytics.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) is required to communicate in our international corporate environment.

Preferred skills and knowledge:
- Experience shooting and editing short videos.
- Basic design knowledge (Figma, Photoshop).
- Own a blog/channel related to technology.
