We are planning to expand our team in the near future and are looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders from various e-commerce platforms, fix emerging discrepancies;
  • Working with customer requests in Zendesk and order processing;
  • Monitoring of delayed orders;

  • Analyzing and monitoring the level of customer support;
  • Developing measures to improve customer service;
  • Preparation and analysis of monthly reports (based on work results, user requests).

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in Zendesk;
  • Excellent written English (not lower than B2);
  • Proficient communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information and complete multiple tasks;
  • Experience of working in an international environment is highly desirable.
