We are looking for a high-potential Business/Account Director for an international full-service marketing and communications group.

This role is for senior agency leaders who think beyond delivery, professionals who want to influence business strategy, client growth, and creative impact, while owning real commercial responsibility.

Who we are looking for

  • 8–10+ years in experience in leading marketing / advertising agencies

  • Strong reputation with clients and internal teams

  • Proven experience managing large, complex accounts

  • Real commercial mindset and P&L exposure

  • International agency experience and confidence working in English

  • Fluent Russian and strong professional English
