This is a business leadership role - not just e-commerce operations.
One of the leading retail brands in Russia, we are looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Director to define, scale, and lead the company’s digital and omnichannel growth agenda.
This role is designed for a senior digital leader who combines commercial ownership, strategic thinking, and strong execution. You will own the end-to-end e-commerce ecosystem, from traffic and conversion to customer experience, media efficiency, and profitability.
You will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing e-commerce business that drives revenue growth, strengthens the brand, and delivers a best-in-class customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
This includes website, mobile app, CRM, marketplaces, media, content, data, and operations, all working as one system.
E-Commerce & Omnichannel Strategy

Define and execute the e-commerce and digital marketing strategy across owned platforms (website, app) and marketplaces.

Build a clear roadmap for e-commerce growth, balancing short-term revenue delivery and long-term scalability.

Develop and lead an omnichannel strategy, connecting online and offline customer journeys.
Revenue, Performance & P&L Ownership

Own daily e-commerce revenue targets and key KPIs: traffic, conversion, AOV, retention, margins.

Actively manage commercial levers to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Lead pricing, promotions, and performance optimization in close partnership with commercial teams.
Digital Marketing, Media & CRM

Oversee digital media investments (in-house and agency-led) to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and sales.

Build and manage a consolidated digital media plan and performance dashboard.

Lead CRM, personalization, and lifecycle marketing initiatives (email, push, retention programs).

Develop and execute social media and influencer strategies in partnership with PR and brand teams.
Customer Experience & Platform Development

Own the end-to-end customer experience across website and mobile app: UX, content, navigation, merchandising, checkout funnel.

Lead continuous improvement of site performance, content quality, and conversion.

Ensure data-driven decision-making through analytics, testing, and experimentation.
Partners, Operations & Cross-Functional Leadership

Lead and manage key external partners: warehousing, fulfilment, payments, customer service, media agencies, tech vendors.

Drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, IT, logistics, and customer service.

Lead large-scale digital projects from strategy and brief to execution and delivery.

6–10+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or e-business.

Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and profitability at scale.

Strong experience with marketplaces (Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex Market) alongside owned platforms.

Solid understanding of digital performance marketing, CRM, and analytics (GA 360, SEO/SEM, paid media, social).

Experience working in international or complex matrix organizations.

Strong commercial mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.

Hands-on leader with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.

Fluent Russian and professional English.

Genuine interest in luxury and consumer experience.
