Defines local PPS strategy and education offer, aligned with regional and international PPS strategic priorities, and collaborates with local sales and marketing on integrated initiatives driving market penetration

Plans training in context of business priorities and works with sales management to focus on correct commercial approach to SOW/NCA/Launches

Proactively maintains understanding of market developments and product innovation

Manages, assesses and develops trainer team / freelancers

Builds and manages ambassadors in chosen priority countries

Promotes a strong commercial approach to educational activities and critically reviews success of launches, promotions and activities to ensure continual improvement of educational support

Plans, directs and monitors development of educational materials, ensuring relevance and consistency, including adaptation and translation of international content

Defines channel-specific education offer

Manages local events, e.g. trade fairs, hairdressing awards or other industry events

Responsible for local PPS Budget

A strong background in marketing, sales, or a related field

Proven experience in conducting training and master classes

Experience in hairdressing and coloration will be an advantage

Languages: English – Upper Intermediate / Advanced; Russian - Advanced

Microsoft Office user (PowerPoint and Excel)

Outstanding communication skills and a proactive approach on a day-to-day basis.
