Key Responsibilities:

Planning and launching educational programs on information security.

Conducting regular training sessions, webinars, newsletters, and other activities.

Organizing and conducting phishing tests, analyzing results, and preparing recommendations.

Tracking engagement metrics and program effectiveness.

Coordinating with HR, IT, and communications departments.
Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in information security awareness and training.

Knowledge of modern training methods (e-learning, gamification).

Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Training Methods: Proficiency in adult learning approaches and content development for diverse audiences.

Communication: Confident public speaking and presentation skills.

Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret phishing test results and other assessments.

Organization: Skills in event planning and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of key security threats and controls to tailor training content.
