Responsible for supporting and developing incident response (IR) processes.​

Key Responsibilities:​

  • Developing and optimizing IR processes and playbooks.​

  • Integrating processes with other systems (CMDB, SOAR).​

  • Monitoring process effectiveness and preparing metrics.​

  • Training the team and ensuring process compliance.​​

Requirements:​

  • Experience designing IR processes.​

  • Knowledge of BPMN, ITIL, and NIST frameworks.​

  • Process Thinking: Systematic approach to process design.​

  • Analytical Skills: Evaluating effectiveness and driving optimization.​

  • Communication: Training and supporting staff.
