Deloitte is seeking an Entry Level Specialist to join the Forensic group within Strategy, Risk & Transactions Services Department.

Deloitte Forensic Services group helps clients to identify losses, including diversion of assets, employee fraud, compliance breaches or unethical conduct and manage consequences of actions undertaken by dishonest employees through developing efficient internal controls aimed at prevention and mitigation of the aforementioned risks. Our professionals help clients to design efficient risk management systems and be in line with global best practices.

Deloitte Forensic team can help you achieve the optimal solution in the most complex and intricate situations.

The role will involve:

  • Performance of Forensics and Investigations tasks;
  • Review and analysis of accounting, finance and other issues in the context of business transactions;
  • Analysis of various aspects of company’s activities and generating ideas on further directions of investigation;
  • Participation in multiple stages of projects and reporting on task execution progress;
  • Learning about forensic services overall;
  • Prepare analysis and pieces of calculations to be included in reports and calculations in English and in Russian;
  • Involvement in various practice development activities;
  • Development of own network of contacts both within the firm and externally

To be considered you should possess:

  • Higher Education Accounting/Finance/Economics;
  • Ability to work full time;
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability for non-standard thinking;
  • Commitment to quality and attention to details;
  • Team player with capability to work independently;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written) in Russian and English; knowledge of Kazakh is preferable.
