A Chicago-based medical center needs a call-center specialist with adequate English-speaking skills to successfully communicate with patients, partners, insurance companies, and perform basic tasks in the CRM system.
Responsibilities:
- Medical insurance: checking the type of insurance, its conditions. Calculation of the cost of a visit, procedure or surgery.
- Prior authorization: the process of sending a request to an insurance company for financial coverage of a particular procedure and operation.
- Calls to insurance companies and communication with their representatives
- Processing of telephone requests from the central office (mainly checking the insurance of unscheduled patients)

What we expect:
- English level B2 and higher
- Experienced PC user (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc)
What we offer:
- Payday every 2 weeks
- You will work evening shifts: 4pm to midnight (12 am) or to 1 am.
- 70 000 rubles during the trial 3 month period, a significant raise after
