Обязанности:
- Supervise and coordinate all activities of the front desk and night staff.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
- Oversee cash handling, billing, and reconciliation processes.
- Respond to emergency situations, including medical incidents, security issues, and fire alarms.
- Maintain detailed records of overnight activities, incidents, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Требования:

Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in the luxury hospitality industry. More experience preferred

Computer skills, Hotel Operating Systems

Able to read and write excellent Uzbek, English, Russian and preferably another language

High school or equivalent education required.
