Обязанности:
  • Supervise and coordinate all activities of the front desk and night staff.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
  • Oversee cash handling, billing, and reconciliation processes.
  • Respond to emergency situations, including medical incidents, security issues, and fire alarms.
  • Maintain detailed records of overnight activities, incidents, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.

Требования:

  • Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in the luxury hospitality industry. More experience preferred

  • Computer skills, Hotel Operating Systems

  • Able to read and write excellent Uzbek, English, Russian and preferably another language

  • High school or equivalent education required.
