Обязанности:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage and transportation needs.
  • Manage and supervise bell staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the bell desk and baggage storage areas.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures related to luggage handling.
  • Keep records of luggage storage and assist with billing as needed.
  • Assist with special guest requests and VIP services.
