Обязанности:
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage and transportation needs.
- Manage and supervise bell staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the bell desk and baggage storage areas.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures related to luggage handling.
- Keep records of luggage storage and assist with billing as needed.
- Assist with special guest requests and VIP services.
