Обязанности:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
Develop work schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping team members.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
Train new staff and provide ongoing training to improve service quality.
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linen, and place orders as needed.
Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Enforce safety and security procedures within the housekeeping department.
Maintain records of staff attendance, performance, and departmental reports.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operations.

Требования:

Minimum of 2 years in a similar position in a high volume internationally recognized luxury hotel chain
Basic computer skills
Able to read and write excellent Uzbek, English, Russian and preferably another language
High school or equivalent education required.
