Обязанности:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Develop work schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping team members.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
- Train new staff and provide ongoing training to improve service quality.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linen, and place orders as needed.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Enforce safety and security procedures within the housekeeping department.
- Maintain records of staff attendance, performance, and departmental reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operations.

Minimum of 2 years in a similar position in a high volume internationally recognized luxury hotel chain

Basic computer skills

Able to read and write excellent Uzbek, English, Russian and preferably another language

High school or equivalent education required.
