Обязанности:
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, transportation, and events.
- Make reservations for dining, entertainment, tours, and transportation.
- Handle guest requests efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the local area and hotel services.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Manage and update concierge desk materials and resources.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Minimum of 2 years in a similar position in a high volume internationally recognized luxury hotel chain

Basic computer skills

AAble to read and write excellent English and preferably another language Uzbekistan, Russian Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
