Key Responsibilities
- Participate in audit engagements and process requests for data
- Collection, processing, and consolidation of data from subsidiaries
- Analysis of financial indicators and preparation of explanatory materials
- Interaction with external auditors, consultants, and internal departments
- Participation in the automation of reporting processes
- Monitoring compliance with IFRS requirements and internal company standards
Qualifications and Skills
- Higher education in finance, accounting, or economics
- At least 3 years of experience in Big4 or in-house IFRS financial reporting department
- Knowledge of consolidation principles, financial statement transformation, and IFRS accounting
- Ability to work with large volumes of data, strong analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills (both in Russian and English)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-changing business environment
- Strong Excel skills
