Essential Functions:
- Provide exceptional Guest service to all Guests and Team Members.
- Ensure that all Guests are greeted in a friendly manner.
- Responsible for ensuring that the spa and fitness areas are clean, organized and stocked according to department standards.
- Complete all necessary opening and closing duties.
- Maintain a safe locker room and fitness area.
- Must be neatly groomed at all times.
- Must be knowledgeable regarding all treatments and retail items and be able to explain them to Guests.
- Must complete training courses as specified by management.
- Responsible for restocking all linens throughout the day.
- Responsible for stocking all products in spa areas.
- Assist spa receptionists by greeting Guests upon entrance to the spa.
- must maintain a clean and stocked fitness room at all times and be knowledgeable regarding all fitness equipment and assist Guests when necessary.
- Be certain all Guests are arriving to their treatments on time.
- Deliver all spa lines to the necessary drop off / pick up areas.
- Assist with stocking and ticketing all spa retail items.
- Must be knowledgeable regarding spa booking system.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
- Valid Health Card.
- Minimum one-year customer service experience, hotel preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color, and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
