Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle onboarding processes and maintain employee documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital)
  • Support payroll and benefits administration
  • Monitor staff attendance and leave balances
  • Assist in organizing staff trainings, workshops, and evaluation activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal HR policies
  • Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in HR/administration

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good understanding of Kazakhstan labor legislation

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Kazakh, Russian, English language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate level or higher
