We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant / HR Administrator to support daily accounting operations, HR administration, and compliance reporting. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial records, smooth HR processes, and adherence to local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Support

Record and process expenses, invoices, and corporate card transactions

Support monthly financial reporting and documentation

Assist with payroll calculations and supporting materials
HR Administration

Prepare employment contracts, NDAs, and other HR-related documents

Issue HR orders (vacation, sick leave, and internal orders)

Maintain personnel files and employee records

Register and track employee PTO in my.mehnat.uz

Assist with payroll documentation and HR-related calculations
Assets & Operations
-
Manage issuance and return of company equipment

Maintain fixed asset records and support inventory checks

Register and manage documents on the E-Contract platform

Reporting & Compliance
-
Assist with preparation and submission of reports to government authorities

Support compliance reporting for IT Park
Requirements -
Basic knowledge of accounting and HR administration

Preferred Qualifications
-
1–2 years of relevant accounting or HR administration experience

Experience working with local government platforms such as my.soliq.uz, my.mehnat.uz, and E-Contract
