We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for incoming client inquiries, building trust and rapport from the very first conversation

Consult clients on our educational programs and help them choose the solutions that best fit their needs

Meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth

Process client orders accurately and document all interactions in our CRM system
What we expect from you:

1–3 years of experience in international sales; experience in EdTech is a strong advantage

C1–C2 level proficiency in both German and English; Russian language is a plus

Strong communication skills, empathy, a client-oriented mindset, and the ability to listen carefully and understand customer needs
