Four Seasons Hotel Moscow is looking for a true service-oriented professional interested in learning and quality assurance sphere to join our People & Culture team.

Job summary:

  • Learning needs analysis;
  • Organization and execution of training activities: onboarding, operational learning, soft skills workshops;
  • Organization and control of training activities with 3rd parties: from contractor search to post training follow-up;
  • Hotel team development: from performance review cycle - to mentorship program execution;
  • Participation and assistance in employee relations activities: corporate Newspaper, presentations for operational meetings and town halls, etc.

Position requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in training / development. Hospitality background is preferable;
  • Experience in operating departments (F&B Service, Front Desk etc.) is a must;
  • High passion for service;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Charismatic, highly motivated and resourceful;
  • English upper-intermediate
