Four Seasons Hotel Moscow is looking for a true service-oriented professional interested in learning and quality assurance sphere to join our People & Culture team.
Job summary:
- Learning needs analysis;
- Organization and execution of training activities: onboarding, operational learning, soft skills workshops;
- Organization and control of training activities with 3rd parties: from contractor search to post training follow-up;
- Hotel team development: from performance review cycle - to mentorship program execution;
- Participation and assistance in employee relations activities: corporate Newspaper, presentations for operational meetings and town halls, etc.
Position requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in training / development. Hospitality background is preferable;
- Experience in operating departments (F&B Service, Front Desk etc.) is a must;
- High passion for service;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Charismatic, highly motivated and resourceful;
- English upper-intermediate
