The Four Seasons Hotel Moscow is located in the heart of the city and the building itself is a reflection of a legendary former Moskva Hotel back in 1935.

We are looking for a candidate that is dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests.
- Supervises Guest Experience Team operation and workflow to maximize guest satisfaction
- Coaches Guest Experience team to achieve Core and Service Culture standards
- Assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services
- Resolves customer complaints
- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
- Coordinates departments to anticipate our customers' expectations and ensure continuity of service from their pre-stay until after their stay
- Actively pursues chances to create guest-centric experiences throughout all facets of the hotel
- Brings new initiatives and special touches to elevate and enhance guest experience
- Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to assure proper billing
- Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in the areas of Front Office and Guest Services department and ensures lobby presence
Skills & knowledge required:
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Russian language;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Minimum of 1 year Guest Relations experience, in Front Office or Concierge teams
