An international logistics provider is seeking a BDM in Kazakhstan.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive the full sales cycle – from prospecting to contract signing – delivering measurable business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring outstanding service.
  • Identify and secure new opportunities in rail, land, and ideally ocean freight.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and exceed expectations.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven sales track record in logistics (project logistics, heavy goods).
  • 6+ years in logistic sales filed
  • Knowledge of the client market in Kazakhstan, including key customers and projects.
  • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to craft winning strategies.
  • Excellent networking skills and fluent English, Russian
  • Willingness to travel.
