An international logistics provider is seeking a BDM in Kazakhstan.
What you’ll do:
- Drive the full sales cycle – from prospecting to contract signing – delivering measurable business growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring outstanding service.
- Identify and secure new opportunities in rail, land, and ideally ocean freight.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven sales track record in logistics (project logistics, heavy goods).
- 6+ years in logistic sales filed
- Knowledge of the client market in Kazakhstan, including key customers and projects.
- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
- Financial acumen with the ability to craft winning strategies.
- Excellent networking skills and fluent English, Russian
- Willingness to travel.
