About the Project:
Fuel card sales in the U.S. (all sales are conducted within the United States).
Project launch: March 2024.
Part of a logistics group: The project is a division of a U.S. trucking logistics group, which is the market leader in Uzbekistan.
The company is a registered IT Park resident with offices in Tashkent (two offices), Chicago, and Orlando.
Purpose of the Role:
We are hiring a Marketing Specialist who will act as the marketing representative for assigned brands.
This role owns day-to-day marketing coordination and decision-making within approved strategy, manages campaigns across digital, ATL, BTL, and events, and creates tasks for execution teams (SMM, design, copy, media buying)
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the marketing department for assigned brands
Coordinate and oversee marketing campaigns across:

Digital (Meta, social, performance)
-
ATL and BTL
-
Events (when required)
3. Make day-to-day marketing decisions within approved strategy
4. Create, prioritize, and manage tasks for:

Social Media Manager
-
Designers
-
Copywriters
- Media buyers
5. Monitor campaign performance and identify improvements
6. Prepare clear updates and recommendations for the CMO
7. Ensure timelines, deliverables, and approvals are met
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of practical marketing experience (degree not required)
Experience acting as a campaign owner or brand representative
Strong understanding of:

Multi-channel marketing (online and offline)

Campaign planning and execution

Performance metrics and optimization
Ability to make decisions and justify them with data
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working with U.S.-based companies and stakeholders
