What We Expect

• Organize reception, meetings, and send-offs for guests and employees at a high level

• Arrange hotel bookings for employees and guests, ensuring timely documentation and payment processing, apply for visa

• Coordinate the purchase of air and railway tickets for domestic and international travel

• Manage housing rentals for foreign employees (search, contract preparation, payment processing)

• Participate in projects aimed at optimizing administrative processes

• Collaborate with internal departments and external contractors to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Education: Higher education

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position

• Skills: o Proficient in PC and office applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook)

o Language proficiency: English, Russian, Uzbek

o Strong teamwork and high level of responsibility

o Analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure

o Attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional communication
