Responsibilities:

Improve and maintain the efficiency of the production line.

Maintain all production equipment in working order. Achieve a reduction in equipment downtime due to repair work.

Read mechanical drawings of machines of various companies, whose equipment is installed in the entrusted service area

Know the purpose of all equipment in production and the principles of their interaction, know the basic skills of control and adjustment.

Carry out equipment maintenance according to the instructions from the equipment manufacturer.

Promptly eliminate failures in case of an emergency stop of the equipment.

Carry out technical inspection (TO) of the line jointly with operators and line masters.

Schedule and perform PMR (preventive maintenance) in coordination with the head of the department.

Carry out technical lubrication works, implement progressive norms of consumption of lubricants.

Train and supervise production lines staff to repair and perform lubrication works.
